All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT.
Payments can be made by Credit or Debit cards, PayPal & PayPal Credit if Eligible - Please Enter your details on the Checkout pages. For countries outside the UK, Value Added Tax (VAT) is deductible on all items except books and magazines. When we receive your order we will automatically remove the VAT if it is not applicable to your country of origin.
However, for orders going outside the UK, customers are responsible for any tax or duty charges levied by their own country's customs service at point of entry, plus any subsequent customs related charges that may be levied by the carrier.
Although we retain a very comprehensive stock we cannot guarantee that every item shown and listed is always ex stock due to varying demand and supply. This does in particular apply to imported items where the lines of supply are sometimes extended. If an item is not immediately available, and we have a similar product, we will contact you to suggest alternatives.
You will only be charged for any goods ordered at the point that these goods are ready for despatch from ServoShop to you. Payment will not be cleared and accepted when you place the order – It will be cleared and accepted when goods are ready for dispatch. On occasions of special order stock we may ask for payment in advance. This would be discussed at point of order.
Your Required Information
To purchase from ServoShop's website you will need to enter a number of details with us. You will be required to provide information about yourself that is up to date and accurate. The key information we will require includes your first name and surname, your e-mail address, your phone number (in case we need to contact you directly about an order query) and your billing (card holder) address, including accurate postcode. We will not be able to complete any transactions without the billing address of the credit card used to complete the purchase. We will only deliver orders to your billing address (i.e. the card holder address or your verified PayPal address, depending on payment method).
Please take the utmost care when entering the above information in order to help us process your transaction and deliver your goods as quickly as possible.
Free P&P for orders over £200.00 Within the UK
Free Delivery offer applies to UK orders over £200.00 using our Standard Delivery method. This offer applies to UK residents only and is subject to availability. The delivery charge will be removed at the checkout if the order value is equal to or greater than £200.00, when using the default Standard Delivery method. Non Standard Delivery methods will still incur a charge. No cash alternative will be given. Steve Webb Models ServoShop has the right to amend, cancel or withdraw this promotion at any time.

Please note that all delivery times are based around working days (Mon-Fri) and refer to the time from which we receive your order if before our cut-off time each working day (If after the cut-off time, delivery times will be from the next working day). Our cut-off times are 2:00 PM for large parcels, e.g. Aircraft kits and 3:00 PM for smaller items. Please note that the day we receive your order may not be the day you place your order. If you place an order on Sunday, for example, the order will be processed through our order management system on Monday.
Delivery times represent the level of service we endeavour to achieve for all orders. We are not able to guarantee to deliver products at a particular time on a particular date. On occasion we may incur internal delays, which will increase these time-frames. On occasion delays beyond our control may be caused by the courier company.
On occasion it may be necessary to despatch an order in separate packages or in separate batches. Where an order cannot immediately be fulfilled in its entirety you will be contacted directly to establish how you would like us to manage the remainder of your order.
For larger orders going to a destination outside the UK, we may have to quote for postage before the order can proceed.
Cancelling (Orders within the UK only)
You have the right to cancel within 7 working days after the day you take receipt of goods. You must notify us within this time that you wish to cancel. You are required to take good care of the goods and return them to us at your own cost within 30 days. Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories. If the returned item is in a condition which does not enable us to resell as new, we reserve the right to make a charge from any refund to cover this cost. We recommend that goods are returned by recorded or insured delivery.
No refund will be provided for lost goods being returned to us, as this is the responsibility of the sender.
We cannot cancel your purchase when:
If we send a substitute without first checking that the substitute is acceptable then consumers are not expected to pay return carriage costs.
These rights are in addition to those relating to faulty or incorrectly described goods.
If goods are returned as faulty, generally we will provide a replacement. If the item is of a 'ready to go' type model e.g. Helicopter, plane, car etc. the item will be sent back to the supplier for a decision to be made in respect of a refund or replacement. Only then will a decision be made.
Returns for Business / Organisation Purchases
If an order has been purchased by a business or other organisation, and you wish to return items that are not faulty, we reserve the right to charge a minimum 10% restocking fee.
Rights to Terms and Conditions
